Majick Music Group has now been endorsed by Marshall Amplification. This further adds to the integrity of the company.

We are now setting up another event in Grantham, Leicester. We will be sticking to our ethos and will be developing the local music scene whilst promoting our associates. This is a trial for leisure connections that has over 80 venues in the UK. We will be taking this further across the UK working alongside them after this event and also developing other aspects of business.

Battle of the Bands Grantham

The Competition So Far All but one of the heats has taken place so far. The turnout of the crowds has grown throughout the competition and the local support for the bands is growing further.

There have been 24 bands taking part in the competition of these 4 are now through to the final. (Jasper Cain, Skeleton Crew, I Did Last Night and Root). These will be joined by two more bands that will be decided in the final heat at the Atrium on the 24th of September.

Images of these bands will be released shortly that have been taken throughout the competition in preparation for the Final.

THE FINAL

The Final will take place on the 10th of October 2009 at the Atrium. We have decided to hold the event here as the other heats have taken place here and it has become a good centre point for the competition.

For the final the venue will see 6 bands going for the Prizes which will be allocated to first, second and third. There will also be a crowd vote. The winner of this will receive the prizes listed below.

The Winners of the crowd vote from the Dunstable Battle of the Bands ‘Dirty Money’ will be headlining this event.

Entry to the final will cost £5.

Great Branding will design and print T-shirts as part of an overall package that the overall winners will be able to use as a valuable aid to promoting the band’s name in the future.
